Hi — I'm building BookFlo after spending time with bookkeeping and accounting firms across Singapore to understand how they actually operate day-to-day.

One problem came up in almost every conversation: staff spending a disproportionate amount of their time chasing clients for documents. Not complicated work. Just slow, repetitive follow-ups that eat into the hours your team should be spending on actual bookkeeping.

What surprised me was how accepted this was. Most firm owners knew it was a problem — but there was no obvious tool built around this specific part of their workflow. Generic project tools, email plugins, shared drives — none of them were designed for this.

BookFlo is my attempt to fix that, built from the ground up with real firms. I'm not looking for customers yet — I'm looking for design partners. Firms willing to tell me exactly what their process looks like and what needs to change.
